Universality of macroscopic neuronal dynamics in Caenorhabditis elegans

In this paper we attempt to reconstruct neuronal dynamics on the basis of imaging of neuronal activity in a nematode C. elegans. We find that global neuronal dynamics are conserved while activation of individual neurons is systematically different between genetically identical individual worms.
